LYROVANE respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through our early-access waitlist and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you join the LYROVANE waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, the date and source of registration, your subscription status, and the version and server-recorded time of the consent notice you accepted. We also retain a limited event history of subscribe, unsubscribe and resubscribe actions so we can honor your choices. We do not collect an IP address, device fingerprint or full browser user-agent for the waitlist record.
For private site analytics, we store daily aggregate visit and page-view counts for a small set of public pages, including aggregate country codes supplied by our hosting network. These counters do not store IP addresses, device identifiers, referrers, or individual browsing histories.
How we use it
We use your email to send occasional product-development updates, prototype milestones, early-access invitations, and availability announcements relating to LYROVANE.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. Our website and waitlist storage use Cloudflare services, including D1 database storage. We may use an email delivery provider solely to send the updates you requested. We retain waitlist and consent-history information while the LYROVANE program is active, while needed to honor an unsubscribe choice, or until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing updates at any time. We may retain a limited suppression record so that an unsubscribed address is not accidentally added back to the active mailing list. You may separately request access, correction, or full deletion of your waitlist information by contacting us.
