Headphones keep sound personal but stay on your body. Traditional speakers leave your ears open but fill the surrounding space. LYROVANE ONE introduces a third format: open-ear desktop audio organized around one personal listening space.

LYROVANE ONE is a desktop audio concept built around one listening position. It stays off your body and starts from a defined place on the desk—not the room as a whole.

The engineering challenge is to control acoustic direction and level distribution around that position while limiting unnecessary room spill.

Feasibility work leads to a functional prototype, controlled measurement and user-experience validation.
Why no technical buzzwords yet: the final acoustic architecture has not been selected. We will name the mechanism and publish performance details only when prototype evidence supports them. This is not a claim of silence outside the listening area.
